Do you offer a warranty?

Yes. We offer a one-year warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and craftsmanship.

What is not covered under warranty?

Our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, lost or stolen items, damage caused by improper care, accidents, misuse, or modifications made by third parties.

What if my item arrives damaged?

If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or is damaged upon delivery, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Once verified, we will repair, replace, or refund the item.

Is your jewelry real?

Yes. We use real materials including sterling silver, gold plating, and genuine gemstones.

Is your jewelry solid gold?

No. Our pieces are crafted with a sterling silver base and finished with gold. We choose this approach to use precious metals while maintaining a more considered price point. We plan to introduce solid gold pieces in the future.

What is your jewelry made of?

Our pieces are primarily crafted from 925 sterling silver and finished with 18k gold plating or rhodium, depending on the design.

Are your gemstones real?

Yes. We use a mix of natural and lab created stones. Lab created stones are not imitations. They share the same structure and properties as natural stones.

Will your jewelry tarnish?

Sterling silver may naturally develop a patina over time. Gold plated pieces will gradually soften with wear. This is a normal part of how the piece evolves.

Will it turn my skin green?

No. We use high quality, nickel free materials designed for everyday wear.

Why does my piece have slight flaking or variation in finish?

Some pieces are sealed with a protective coating to extend durability. Over time, this layer may wear naturally and appear as subtle, transparent flaking or variation in finish. This is a normal part of how the piece ages and does not affect its integrity.

Can I wear my jewelry in the shower or water?

Our pieces are designed for everyday wear, but exposure to water, soaps, and chlorine will accelerate wear, especially for gold plated pieces.

How long does gold plating last?

Gold plating naturally wears over time depending on frequency of wear and care.
